It’s been an exciting time for TrailTapes Mountain Bike TV. In the past couple of months we’ve more than doubled the number of subscribers, according to FeedBurner. TrailTapes has been hovering around the 1100 subscriber mark.

It’s been fun to look at the stats report every morning and see how much we’re up. I wondered what the sudden appeal was. I’m not that good looking. But I was poking around on the iTunes store and saw that the good people at Apple have included TrailTapes on the featured video podcasts section right there in the iTunes store. You have to click on Podcasts, then find the Featured Video Podcasts section and click the Sports tab. Then scroll over until you find it. OK, it’s a little hidden, but it’s there. VERY COOL!

If you haven’t already subscribed, it’s easy. Just click the iTunes One Click Subscribe button to the left. That will launch iTunes and take you the the TrailTapes page where you can subscribe for free. If you have a video iPod you can sync it up and watch the shows on you iPod. Otherwise you can watch on your desktop right in iTunes. I’ve also included the link to the Yahoo podcasts page. Or click one of the small orange and gray “chicklets” to view the feed page, and copy/paste the link into the podast reader of your choice.

While your at it, support TrailTapes with a donation. Click the PayPal Donate Button. Donate a buck or more and I’ll send you a TrailTapes, “Get Some Trail” sticker. They’re great for covering up the scratches and dents on your bike frame. Plus they look cool. And we really appreciate it.
